Hey 7th graders!

You’re going to take what we’ve been learning about SMART goals and put it into action in your own life.

 

First, read this article from Choices: How Healthy Are You Really?

Then with your group, find out more information about the healthy habit I’ve assigned. Make sure you each fill in your tips and cite your sources, as you’ll be sharing your info with the class.
After that, we’ll set our own healthy SMART goal for the school year. Have fun!
