Taiwan and Japan put tech restrictions in place for kids

Room for debate! Taiwan bans ipads for kids under the age of two and puts restrictions in place for everyone under 18 – calling for nothing more than a reasonable amount – but they don’t specify what “a reasonable amount” would be.

And in Hokaiddo, Japan, the schools have issued “no video game days” in a hope to improve test scores.
