Search

Students

Research shows that one of the main reasons teens go on the internet is to get answers to health questions they’re too embarrassed to ask in person. Make sure you’re going to the right places. Hopefully you’ve gone through proper search techniques in your Health class, and if you have your own computer, take the time to go through and bookmark some of the sites I list on here so they’re easy to access. You don’t want to blindly searching through Google and Yahoo Answers… especially when it comes to puberty and questions about weight loss and nutrition. I’ve bookmarked and compiled some of the better resources that are out there for lots of different content areas. The list keeps growing (one of the amazing gifts of the Internet!), so I’ll be updating this often. If you’ve got any to share, let me know!
